LAMUR was born from the idea that a cheesecake can be both deeply comforting and elegantly refined. Handcrafted baked cheesecakes in Zürich — pre-orders only.
We started as a small atelier, baking late into the night and testing batch after batch until we found a texture that felt like silk and a flavour that stayed with you long after the last bite.
Every LAMUR cheesecake is baked slowly, with patience, in limited quantities. We work with premium dairy, real eggs, carefully selected chocolate and roasted nuts — nothing unnecessary, nothing rushed.
